Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you start a free trial or buy a website, ordering site or POS from SalesGround.ai. We have written them in plain English on purpose.

30-day free trial

New accounts can use the eligible SalesGround product features free for 30 days without entering a credit card. The trial begins when the account is created. No automatic charge is made when it ends. Choose a paid plan to keep the service active; otherwise, the trial service may be paused until a plan is started.

The free trial covers the SalesGround platform. Third-party costs, including domain registration, paid integrations and separately agreed custom work, are not included unless we state otherwise in writing.

What you are buying

Our products are provided on a monthly plan. For example, the Ecommerce Store is Rs 4,000 per month. Your plan covers access to the product and the services listed for it on our pricing page, including hosting, SSL, backups, support and platform updates. Current prices are always shown on that page.

Hosting and where your site lives

Your site, dashboard and POS run on the SalesGround platform. This is how we can deliver quickly and keep the price low. It also means that if a monthly payment is not made, your service enters a grace period and then pauses until the plan is restarted. We do not hold your data hostage — you can export your products, orders and customers at any time.

Payment

• No payment or credit card is required to start the free trial
• The first monthly payment starts the paid plan
• Plans are paid monthly in advance
• Payment by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and exclude any applicable tax

Delivery

Trial access is available after account creation. Where we agree to provide assisted setup, we aim to have a website live within 5–7 days, and to set up POS the same day, provided you have given us what we need — logo, product list, photos, branch details and delivery areas. Delays in supplying that material move the delivery date accordingly.

What is included and what is not

Your monthly plan covers the features shown for your product, hosting, SSL, backups, support, and platform and security updates. It does not cover extra branches, redesigns, custom features or third-party costs such as domain registration. We quote those separately before doing any additional work.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you sell and publish, for fulfilling your customers' orders, and for complying with Pakistani law including any tax and invoicing obligations that apply to your business.

Refunds

Monthly plan payments are non-refundable once a paid billing period has begun. If we fail to provide a working paid service at all, we will refund that payment in full. Separately quoted custom work may have its own written payment and refund terms. If you are unhappy with something specific, tell us — we would rather fix it than argue about it.

Ownership

Your brand, content, product data, orders and customer records belong to you. The underlying SalesGround platform, its code and its design system belong to us and are licensed to you for as long as your plan is active.

Liability

We work hard to keep your site running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending the agreement

You may end your plan by telling us before your next monthly payment is due. We may end the agreement if fees go unpaid or if the platform is used for anything illegal. In either case you may export your data.
