This policy explains what information SalesGround.ai collects when you use our website or our services, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive whatever you send us — typically your name, phone number, business name and what you are looking for. When you become a client, we also hold the details needed to build and run your store: your logo, product information, branch addresses and billing details.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising performs. This records events such as page views, navigation between pages, and clicks on our trial-signup and WhatsApp buttons. We do not include your name, WhatsApp messages or form contents in those events.
Your customers' data
If you run a store or POS with us, your customers' orders and contact details are yours. We store and process them on your behalf so your site works. We do not sell that data, share it with other clients, or use it to market anything to your customers. You can export it at any time.
How we use information
- To answer your enquiry and send you samples and quotes
- To build, host and support your store, app or POS
- To take payment and issue receipts
- To measure how well our advertising works
- To meet legal and tax obligations in Pakistan
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our platform — hosting providers, payment processors and messaging platforms — and only to the extent they need it. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep client data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and accounting requirements. Enquiries that never become clients are deleted once they are no longer relevant.
Security
Sites we host are served over HTTPS with an SSL certificate, and we take daily backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you entrust to us.
Your rights

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
