Can I move my Shopify store to SalesGround?
We assess established Pakistani Shopify stores for migration. We check your products, customers, order history, content and essential workflows, then agree what can transfer. SalesGround is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
Will switching actually reduce my costs?
It depends on your current subscription, apps, payment mix and the features you need. We compare total ongoing costs, not just the free period. SalesGround charges 0% platform order commission, but gateway processing fees remain. Shopify does not charge its third-party transaction fee on manual COD or bank-transfer payments, so do not count those orders as commission savings.
Can I keep my domain and store design?
We agree the pages, design and behaviours we can recreate using authorised assets. We plan domain connection and agreed URL, metadata and redirect work. Exact checkout, app and account behaviour may differ. We do not guarantee unchanged search rankings, sales or zero downtime.
What happens to my current store?
Your current store stays live during preparation and testing. You review the private replacement and approve before the switch. Existing platform and app charges continue during overlap. The final sync, switch and fallback plan are agreed before launch.
Are my payment gateway, courier and apps supported?
We check each required workflow before recommending a move. A gateway or courier may require its own account, approval and fees. We explain unsupported features and quote any custom work separately. We do not promise every app or integration will transfer.
When do the three free months start?
The migration offer starts at your approved production launch, not when you first contact us. After three free months, the platform fee is PKR 4,000/month, excluding applicable taxes. Exact billing dates, included scope, support hours, limits and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before work. This is separate from the standard self-service trial.
Does sharing my store commit me to switching?
No. It starts a conversation, not a subscription or migration. You can explore a demo and review the scope before deciding. We do not need your passwords or customer files for an initial discussion.
